1. What rating is the accommodation?
Ratings vary from country to country. Therefore, many operators use their our own star ratings to help you know what kind of accommodation to expect. These ratings are intended as a guide for comparison purposes only.
2. What is the fuel supplement for?
For selected companies an additional charge to cover current and exceptional increases in fuel costs will be applied. The charge will be shown separately and added at the time of booking.
3. Do all travel companies charge for a ticket on departure?
Yes, it is standard practice among all tour operators to cover administration costs.
4. Is a ticket on departure safe?
Yes, you are as safe with a ticket on departure as you are booking a holiday well in advance, indeed opertators can book holidays almost up until the last minute provided you are at the airport in time for check-in!
5. Why am I being charged under occupancy?
Room prices are based on maximum occupancy. Therefore, if the rooms are under-occupied, the price will go up to reflect this.
6. Do I need a visa?
You should always check this with the Foreign Office, at www.fco.gov.uk . However, if you are a British citizen you can travel to all other EU destinations without a visa.
7. Where can I get a visa from?
Visas are obtainable from the relevant country's embassy or consulate, a list of which can be found at www.fco.gov.uk .
8. Where can I get passport information?
The UK Passport Agency can be found at www.passport.gov.uk .
9. Why does the name on the credit card have to match the passenger's name that is travelling?
This is a security measure.
10. Why do I need insurance?
Travel companies recommend that all passengers take insurance when travelling to ensure our passengers are completely covered for all eventualities.
